Order Changes

Changes and cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. If you have questions prior to placing an order, please email us at purchasing@babiesroots.com. If you decide that you don't want an item that you ordered, you are always welcome to return or exchange it.

International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time.

When a Package Is "Returned to Sender"
If items are returned due to insufficient address you will be charged the shipping amount required to reship.  If the mistake is our then we will absorb that cost. 

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped within one to three business days.  You can expect to receive your item in about 7-10 business days from the time you placed your order.  Please also note that if you have a remote address the shipping might take longer.  Our items are shipped USPS or UPS ground depending on which is cheaper.  Our Fuzzi Bunz cloth diapers can be ordered Express or Priority.  All other items don't have that option at this time.  If there is a problem fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately by phone or email. 

Insurance
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost when shipped.  Once the item leaves our hands we have no control over it.  For this reason we highly recommend insurance.  Babies Roots will guarantee all insured packages.  If your item has not been receive after 30 days and purchased insurance we will ship out new products.  This will be done with no addition charge to you.  Please note, we ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

Returns
We have a 30 day money back guarantee from the time you placed your order.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will refund your money back minus a 10% restocking fee.  You must send everything back in it's original package and the item must be in new condition.  Any item that is washed or used is not eligible for return.  Unless the mistake was our you are responsible for shipping costs.  For all returns you must email us and get a response back before you ship the item. 

Exchanges
If you are simply exchanging items there is no restocking fee.  Again unless we made a mistake you are responsible for shipping costs.  Just like returns you must email us and get a response back before you ship the item.  



Returns/Exchanges must include:
1. A note in the package with the following information:
  • name
  • current mailing address
  • products included in your package
  • the reason for the request
  • what you would like us to do (exchange or refund)
2. If you want an exchange also provide the address you would like to have it shipped to.


Defective Merchandise
Defective products are exchanged with the product manufacturer.   Please contact us if you're not sure how to contact the manufacturer. 
Please note, we are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials. You are soley responsible for understanding how to care for the items you purchase. Please ask if you have any questions.   We're here to help if you need it.

Privacy
We respect and value your privacy. Your personal information (including your name, email address, street address, phone number, and order history) will not be sold to any individual or company for any reason (unless required by a court of law). See our privacy policy for more details. 

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. Paypal is free for you to use and secure.  Paypal makes it more safe for you too since we never see your credit card or bank information.  You are welcome to pay with a check through Paypal.  You can also send to us personally money order, cashier check or personal check.  With money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks there will be a 10 days hold on the shipment of you order to allow for your payment to clear our bank.
