Breastfeeding can take a while to get the hang of, but there are things you can to do to make that transition a lot easier.  One of the best things is education.  Know what to expect.  All these products are to help you.  I used all of them and they were awesome.  When I went back to work the Milkmaid Tea and More Milk Plus kept my milk supply going to that I could get my little girl almost to a year before have to wean her.  The best thing to do of course is to surround yourself with other women who were successful at breastfeeding.  They will be able to give you the support, encouragement, and good tips to give you a great breastfeeding experience.
